Rochester man pleads guilty to threatening to kill US attorney

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a 53-year-old Rochester man has pleaded guilty to threatening to kill a federal prosecutor based in western New York.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Syracuse says Tony Ivey pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court and faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 when he's sentenced March 7 in Rochester.
